As a Youth Care Support Specialist, you will engage in a variety of activities and responsibilities, including:
- Facilitating educational participation
- Encouraging healthy lifestyle choices
- Accessing training opportunities to enhance skills
- Performing household tasks and maintaining records
- Transporting young individuals to various activities
Qualifications include possessing a Full UK Driving Licence. An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a therapeutic setting and leadership capabilities are advantageous.
