At Bright Futures Care Ltd, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist adults with autism and learning disabilities in a nurturing environment. Our Riverside home has received an 'outstanding' rating, reflecting our commitment to exceptional care.

Compensation - Annual salary of £29,719 (including one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon qualification.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will deliver top-notch care to residents, assess their individual needs, organize engaging activities, and empower them to lead fulfilling lives. You will follow a pre-scheduled rota, allowing for effective planning and a balanced work-life dynamic. Your shifts will include full day shifts (14 hours) and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in caregiving is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided for all candidates
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Must possess a friendly, approachable demeanor and a proactive attitude
