About the Role:

In the role of Senior Care Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex health and behavioral needs. Your focus will be on promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence. Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Social Care along with relevant experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and complex care.
