About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, individualized support to our service users with learning disabilities and other needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Delivery: Ensure that all service users receive high-quality, person-centered support, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to the staff team, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in delivering excellent care.
  • Relationship Building: Develop warm and trusting relationships with clients, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Service Management: Support the management of service delivery, ensuring that the needs of clients are effectively met.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleep-ins, as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years' experience of providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs.
  • Passion for Care: A genuine passion for providing excellent care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of support workers.
