Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering values-based support to individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring their needs are met and their lives are improved.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supervising a team of support workers, delegating tasks, and ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards. You will work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medication, and assist with daily living tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, as well as experience in supporting adults with mental health conditions. You will also need to be proficient in using computer systems to record information and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
