Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in our Warrington Supported Living Service. Our service provides support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and ambitions
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with clients and encourage them to express their needs, views, and concerns
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of clients
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience of providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and other needs
  • Passion for providing excellent managerial support to a friendly staff team
