We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Senior Children's Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to our young people, working closely with our team to ensure their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships, and contributing to the development of our young people.

Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations
