About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in our Warrington Supported Living Service. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, individualized support to individuals with learning disabilities and other needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with clients, encouraging them to express their needs and views.
  • Support the management of service delivery, ensuring that the needs of clients are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to provide a high-quality service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience of providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and other needs.
  • A passion for providing excellent support and guidance to a friendly staff team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
