Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Orford, Warrington. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to four children with autism and learning disabilities residing in a spacious detached house.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring their emotional, physical, and social well-being.
- Create a warm and supportive home environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records and implement effective reporting systems.
- Support children in their daily routines, including personal care, mealtimes, and leisure activities.
- Facilitate access to educational opportunities and community engagement programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a Children Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate proven experience in providing care and support to children with autism and learning disabilities.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Competitive salary of £31,935 per annum (including one sleep-in shift per week) with an hourly rate of £13.00.
