The Role: Advanced Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Advanced Support Workers to join our team at a brand new service in Warrington. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, complex health needs, and behavioral challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Promote the choices, well-being, and independence of individuals under your care.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver person-centered support.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and social engagement.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in line with each person's needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to individual care.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Social Care and relevant experience working with individuals who have learning disabilities, Autism, complex health conditions, and behavioral challenges. If you do not hold a formal qualification, extensive experience in social care is essential.
