About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Relief Support Workers. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support and care to individuals with a wide range of care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with Personal Care and Medication: Assist individuals with their personal care needs, including medication administration.
  • Developing and Sustaining Warm and Trusting Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, promoting a sense of trust and respect.
  • General Administrative Duties and Housing Management Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including housing management duties, to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
  • Covering Shifts and Working as Part of the Relief Team: Work flexibly to cover shifts and contribute to the relief team, providing support and care to individuals as needed.
  • Key Worker Role: Act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals to achieve their dreams and ambitions, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Supporting People with Learning Disabilities: Essential experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities is required for this role.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as you will be working with individuals with varying care needs and requirements.
