About the Role:

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking highly motivated Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with personal care and medication
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
  • Cover shifts and work as part of the relief team

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centred support
