About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, individualized support to our service users with learning disabilities and other needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team working within the service
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with clients and encourage them to express their needs, views, and concerns
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the clients
  • Work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleep-ins
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience of providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs
  • Passion for providing excellent managerial support to a friendly staff team
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to changing circumstances
