Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in providing person-centred support and care to individuals with a learning disability, autism, mental health, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with personal care and medication
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
  • Covering shifts and working as part of the relief team

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is essential for this Relief Support Worker position
