Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead our 7-bed EBD service in Warrington. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and management to the service, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve outstanding outcomes for our young people.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, commissioners, and partner agencies.
- Team Management: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent practice and high-quality care.
- Care Planning: Oversee the planning and delivery of individualized care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of each young person.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, auditing, and inspections.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:- Registered Manager Qualification: Registered Manager qualification (level 4 NVQ or above)
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or leadership position in a children's residential setting
- EBD Care Principles: Strong knowledge of EBD care principles and best practices
- Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Safeguarding Principles: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and regulatory requirements
