Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 26-bedroom property and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to deliver outstanding levels of care to residents
  • Maintain excellent relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
  • Review staff skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality care through training, supervision, and appraisals
  • Be involved in care planning for residents
  • Maintain an open and honest culture where all staff can thrive
  • Maximize financial performance of the care home

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the healthcare sector as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
  • A Level 5 qualification (RMA) or be willing to complete one
  • Be driven and motivated, with a passion for high-quality care and making a difference to residents' lives
  • Energetic and committed leadership skills
  • Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pride in being a custodian of residents' well-being
  • Passion for offering superior services and making a difference

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Registered Manager, but we are willing to provide financial support for those who need to complete their Level 5 qualification.
