Regional Manager Care Homes

We are seeking an experienced care home manager to oversee five care homes in the North West region. As the Regional Manager Care Homes, you will be responsible for ensuring quality service and exceeding company and CQC requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Line management of 5 care homes and home managers within the North West region.
  2. Working in partnership with your line manager to support care home managers.
  3. Ensuring quality is developed along with improvement plans identifying actions required to meet and exceed the company and CQC requirements.
Package and Benefits:

As the Regional Manager Care Homes, you will receive:

  1. An annual salary of £60,000
  2. A car allowance of £7,200 p/a
  3. 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays.
  4. Opportunities to progress and develop further in your career.
Minimum Requirements:

To be successful as the Regional Manager Care Homes, you will need:

  1. A background in care home management with regional or multi-site experience, including supporting other managers within the group in nursing or residential care homes for older people.
  2. Experience in change management with investigation and root cause analysis skills.
