Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Regional Sales Director - Energy Storage Expert. As a key player in the transition to net zero, you will be responsible for driving business growth through regional sales and partnerships, developing and executing commercial strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or Exceed Regional Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets, partner program recruitment, and marketing program objectives.
  • Develop and Deliver Ongoing Training: Provide ongoing training to employees to enhance sales performance and ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to Commercial Plans and Programs: Contribute to the strategic development of commercial plans and programs, sharing successes and challenges, refining best practices, and identifying key issues.
  • Represent Invinity's Interests: Represent Invinity's interests and develop external stakeholders to increase impact and drive business growth.
  • Communicate Opportunities and Issues: Communicate opportunities, issues, and risks to the organization and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, and a background in engineering and an MBA is preferred.
  • Commercial/Sales Leadership Experience: 10 years of commercial/sales leadership experience within the energy market, preferably in solar, wind, and storage, with an understanding of design/build projects, development, and sales.
  • Technical and Financial Understanding: A deep technical and financial understanding of the UK energy market is essential.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Superb organizational and time management attributes with demonstrated ability to prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a rapidly growing team and evolving market.
