About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Quantexa as our Executive Director of Talent and Culture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and drive business growth through strategic talent management and cultural development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition: Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes.
  • Manage People Operations: Lead the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework, as well as supporting our Reward function.
  • Foster Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Drive Learning & Development: Manage the Head of L&D to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth and prepare Quantexa for our next stage of growth.
