We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Experience Manager to lead our Sales and Customer Care teams to achieve outstanding levels of service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Executives and Customer Care Representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and sales success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both departments and ensure alignment with company values and brand.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
