About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Experience Manager to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Customer Care Representatives to achieve outstanding levels of service and sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales success.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of both departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company goals.
  4. Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the company's values and brand.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve performance goals.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  3. Demonstrable customer relationship management, time management, and organisational skills.
  4. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  5. Experience in the retail sector, with a passion for generating new business and identifying business opportunities.
