We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Customer Planning Director to join our Head Office team. As a key leader in the business, your focus will be on creating more value for our customers and our business.

You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the overall Partnership Plan by modernising and optimising the value of our brand assets and executing a sustainable and material improvement in the effectiveness of our customer strategy.

Key responsibilities include creating and driving an integrated, rolling 18-month plan that defines all parts of our customer offer in store and online, leading a clear process for delivery across the business, and acting as custodian of the customer plan and budget on behalf of the Customer Director and Leadership Team.

Essential Skills
  • Experience of senior marketing, customer-facing or commercial leadership in a branded consumer business.
  • Experience of managing large teams and working collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of people leadership development.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing cross-functional stakeholders up to board level.
  • Confident working in a high-pressure, challenging environment with high accountability.
  • Experience of managing and allocating significant budgets.
  • Capability to balance both short-term and long-term goals.
