Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Lusona LLP. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing payrolls for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients, covering all aspects of payroll from start to finish, including pension auto-enrolment responsibilities.
  • Completion of payroll reviews before issuing to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Development and maintenance of client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assistance with business development projects and opportunities, helping to drive growth and expansion.
  • Liaison and communication with managers, partners, and other departments within the firm, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Ad hoc assignments and special projects, as required.
