We are looking for a full-time Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Dalkeith, Midlothian. This position will be responsible for the following:

- Manage payroll for multiple clients
- Track and process employee time off, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and other accrual items
- Working to weekly and monthly deadlines inline with client KPI’s
- Prepare and process employee benefit changes
- Process employee payroll errors
- Process employee pay-related questions
- Prepare and process employee payroll reports
- Inform business managers of any issues / concerns regarding employees and clients
- Deal with internal and external correspondence and queries from clients
- Submission of payroll data to authorities on time
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to explain complex information in simple terms. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ability to work in a team environment under pressure situations while maintaining professional conduct.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
