Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy, inputting onto payroll system
- Calculate and process allowances and deductions, including taxes, pensions, sick leave, holidays, maternity/paternity leave and other benefits
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system
- Assist with year-end payroll activities including P60's, P11D's and final submissions
- Respond to client queries regarding payroll matters

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, including auto-enrolment
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze complex payroll data and resolve discrepancies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
