About the Role

**Security Site Support Officer Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer with a minimum of 2 years' experience and an SIA licence to join our team as a Security Site Support Officer.

This role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3pm, and requires strong teamwork experience, excellent written and spoken English, and computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control entry/exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel, vehicles, and goods access the facility.
  • Operate the yard management system and manage the weighbridge to accurately monitor vehicle movements and weights.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks, ensuring the safety of employees and assets.
  • Respond effectively to security incidents, taking prompt action to resolve issues and reporting as necessary.
  • Welcome, verify, and process visitors and contractors, ensuring site security protocols are followed.
Essential Skills:
  • SIA Licence
  • Access to vehicle/good transport links
  • 2yrs Security experience
  • RTW and 5 year checkable history
