We are currently working with a local authority based in North Wales, for an experienced practitioner to join the Child Protection Team as a Social Worker. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that really aims to provide a 'non pressure' environment for their social workers.

This is done through the opportunity of a flexible working pattern, meaning you can plan your own diary and won't by limited to office working, allowing you to manage your time more effectively and give you a good work life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to families in need.

Further benefits include a pay rate of up to £42p/h, which is one of the highest in the area. You will also receive regular supervision, as the management and supervision team are always on hand for a second opinion and to making sure you make continuous development as a practitioner.

Working with us will also ensure stability in the role, as you can expect a secure 6 month contract from the get go, with the further option to extend should you wish. We will also be having weekly check ins to make sure you're happy at work and have the platform to do your best work.
