Position Overview

Are you prepared to contribute to a vibrant Human Resources team? We are seeking a committed and meticulous professional to deliver administrative assistance across a range of HR and People-related functions, including HR Administration, Pre-Employment Screening, and Payroll Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard confidential employee records and general documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Update and oversee employee information within the HR System.
  • Facilitate the complete employee lifecycle by generating precise correspondence and managing transitions for movers, leavers, and new hires.
  • Oversee all pre-employment screening and onboarding procedures, maintaining accurate records and addressing any potential issues.
  • Manage and update the Pre-Employment Screening tracker.
  • Assist with payroll functions, including the onboarding of new employees, verifying documentation, and ensuring precision in payroll processing.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities - accuracy is paramount, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a high-volume administrative capacity; HR Administration experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the broader MS Office suite - advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to create engaging dashboards and utilize functions such as VLOOKUP and formulas.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is beneficial, particularly experience with IRIS Cascade.

Your Contribution:

This role emphasizes adherence to established processes while prioritizing a positive employee experience and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

You will primarily collaborate with the People Services and broader HR Team, with occasional interactions with managers and various departments, sharing crucial information to ensure seamless HR operations.
