The People Operations Team oversees the EMEA region (24 countries). This team plays a crucial role in cultivating A&M's culture and establishing clear guidelines and expectations. We are instrumental in developing transparent processes for the entire employee journey. Additionally, we ensure that our service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that the data, processes, policies, and overall logistics throughout the employee lifecycle operate seamlessly. If you possess strong data analytics skills and a keen eye for detail, this position is tailored for you.

As a member of the HR Operations team, your objective will be to ensure excellence in the following areas:

  • Deliver a timely, efficient, and responsive HR Operations service within our agreed SLAs, providing guidance to managers and staff across the EMEA region.
  • Assist HR Operations Managers and leaders in designing and delivering training on HR Operations processes and systems, including the development of accompanying guidance materials.
  • Support the HR Operations Manager in task allocation, distribution, and follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain precise HR & Payroll data through timely recording and management of information on both the HR Information System and manual files.
  • Ensure adherence to control processes and maintain a comprehensive audit trail of all modifications. Regularly cleanse data within the HR Information System.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation and modifications, documentation, right to work verification, background checks, compensation management, and absence management.
  • Engage in and potentially lead several key HR Operations projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and accurately, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly HR reports, developing new and valuable metrics.
  • Review and ensure that all policies are current, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide innovative ideas and execution strategies to continuously enhance the service offered by the Operations team, maximizing the use of our systems and improving the end-user experience.
  • Assist the global mobility team with immigration processes, relocations, and transfers.
  • Collaborate with all Corporate and non-Corporate Teams to achieve ongoing improvement and a seamless service.
