Position Overview:
Manage a portfolio based in London, with the flexibility of remote work and occasional office visits.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

As a Residential Property Supervisor, you will oversee 6 developments, managing approximately 200 residential units in Central London. You will primarily work from home, conducting weekly site visits in rotation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage and lead various projects.

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in residential property management who is eager to advance their career with an award-winning managing agent.

As a Residential Property Supervisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Directly manage an assigned portfolio of developments, delivering day-to-day property management services.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the performance of your portfolio and contribute to outstanding results.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and relevant leasehold legislation, providing consistent advice while staying informed of any amendments and best practices in residential block property management.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and possess a foundational understanding of building maintenance systems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support your team, working together to establish strong working relationships with residents and contractors, contributing to a unified working atmosphere.
