Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Wandsworth. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, including arranging inventory, check-in and check-out, organizing cleaning and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory, check-in and check-out of properties
  • Organize cleaning and maintenance of properties
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
  • Process rent and provide statements of accounts
  • Manage properties during vacant periods
  • Cost dilapidations at the end of tenancies
  • Prepare properties for re-letting
  • Ensure compliance with GSR certification and TDS regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
  • ARLA qualified
  • Strong knowledge of the housing act and relevant property legislation
  • Experience progressing deposit releases and negotiating tenancy renewals
  • IT literacy of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Property software
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Full UK driving license preferred
