Job Title: Residential Property Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our Property Personnel team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, resident and portfolio client relations.
  • Property Management Plans: Support in developing and implementing property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records and financial reports for the portfolio of properties.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Resident Relations: Respond to resident inquiries and complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the properties to our portfolio clients.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience: At least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a property or portfolio management related field.
  • Knowledge: A sound knowledge and understanding of the AST Housing Act.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software.
  • Qualifications: ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM or working towards.
  • Personal Qualities: Confidence, enthusiasm, and strong dedication to the job and company.
  • Work Style: Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure, meet set deadlines, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative approach, proactive, curious, and open-minded to new ideas and work methods.

What We Offer:

The salary on offer will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
