Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at our office in Wandsworth. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the inventory, check-in, and check-out processes for properties
  2. Organize cleaning and maintenance services for properties
  3. Coordinate pre-let works and ongoing maintenance repairs
  4. Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
  5. Process rent payments and provide statements of accounts
  6. Manage properties during vacant periods
  7. Cost dilapidations at the end of tenancies
  8. Prepare properties for re-letting
  9. Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
  2. ARLA qualified
  3. Strong knowledge of housing law and property legislation
  4. Experience with property software and IT systems
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  6. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
