About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to join our Property and Portfolio Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties and overseeing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, resident and portfolio client relations
  • Supporting in developing and implementing property management plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records and financial reports for the portfolio of properties
  • Conducting regular property inspections and implementing preventative maintenance measures
  • Responding to resident inquiries and complaints and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues
  • Coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the properties to our portfolio clients

Requirements:

  • At least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a property or portfolio management related field
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of the AST Housing Act
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM or working towards

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
