Residential Property Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties within the residential market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with up-to-date lettings legislation and best practice procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate rentals, and ensure smooth tenancy transitions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of property inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions between lettings and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a residential property management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including property management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
