About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties within the residential market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with up-to-date lettings legislation and best practice procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate rentals, and ensure timely completion of tenancy agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of property inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions between lettings and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a residential property management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including property management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a composed manner in a fast-paced environment.
