Drive Business Growth as a Regional Sales Manager

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their national team and drive expansion across the country. This exciting opportunity offers a generous package, including a basic salary of up to £60,000, a £5,000 car allowance, and quarterly and yearly bonuses based on performance.

With a proven track record of improving sales performance, you will work closely with the Sales Director to develop business with SME/Medium employers, providing solution-based business services. You will also manage a team of field-based BDMs, tasked with developing business in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, driving, and motivating a high-performing field sales team to hit sales targets.
  • Leading sales teams with exposure to selling into the SME market.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Telesales to ensure the quality and quantity of appointments stay high.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
