Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory, check-in, and check-out of properties
  • Organize cleaning and maintenance services
  • Coordinate pre-let works and repairs
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
  • Process rent and provide statements of accounts
  • Manage properties during vacant periods
  • Cost dilapidations at the end of tenancies
  • Prepare properties for re-letting
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure all details are kept up to date on the system

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
  • ARLA qualified
  • Strong knowledge of the housing act and relevant property legislation
  • Experience progressing deposit releases and negotiating tenancy renewals
  • Efficient in addressing maintenance queries and achieving successful completion
  • IT literacy of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and property software
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
