The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with operational leaders at Artfarm to connect with our communities and guests through effective acquisition and retention marketing strategies. This position reports to the Senior Marketing & Communications Director.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Lead the execution of local marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns, overseeing the process from concept to implementation.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including drafting copy and proofreading external communications. Provide engaging content for Artfarm's social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies and external partners, ensuring that our websites feature current content and imagery.
  • Develop local marketing partnerships and assist the General Manager and PR Manager in coordinating media visits, while collaborating closely with the local General Manager on reactive marketing efforts.
  • Enhance Artfarm's marketing intelligence by understanding customer demographics and identifying local marketing opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with the broader Marketing and PR team to ensure that PR and marketing campaigns are cohesive and aligned.

What Makes an Exceptional Marketing Manager?

  • Prior experience in marketing within a dynamic hospitality environment is preferred. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of emerging trends are essential.
  • Outstanding copywriting and proofreading abilities, with strong communication skills across various formats.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, capable of managing multiple tasks and resolving issues effectively.
  • Confidence in creativity regarding design and application.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management, prioritization, and execution capabilities, consistently maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Act as an ambassador for Artfarm.
