Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs across the entire customer journey, from customer acquisition to customer cross-sell and upsell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, promote, and execute diverse marketing plans, including content and digital campaigns, to attract and engage qualified audiences through the sales funnel.
  • Plan and execute outbound email marketing campaigns, and support both face-to-face and online events.
  • Measure and report campaign results, optimise strategies, manage budgets, and track ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, product, and marketing teams through continuous communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to grow leads through PPC, SEO, social, and creating content that attracts a qualified audience.
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve marketing performance and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how marketing drives revenue, with experience in managing integrated marketing plans across inbound and outbound tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and adapt to achieve business goals.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing, with a strong portfolio of campaigns and results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report campaign results.
