The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies aimed at fostering community engagement. As part of a global team, the focus will be on developing community initiatives while also establishing feedback systems, creating educational resources, crafting customer success stories, managing various program workflows, and supporting marketing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, regional marketing, sales, and external partners will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a detailed strategy to cultivate and expand our customer community across different segments and regions.
- Ensure community objectives align with broader business goals, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction, and conversion while balancing community growth with measurable business outcomes.
- Encourage an active and engaging community by facilitating discussions, organizing events, and implementing strategies that boost user interaction and promote user-generated content.

- Produce and curate content that meets customer needs and drives community involvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all community channels.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for community success and regularly assess and report on these metrics.

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in community management or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong grasp of community development strategies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
