Role Summary: As a Host at Lo London, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. This role is crucial in managing guest flow and upholding the exceptional service standards that Lo London is celebrated for. The position requires working late hours, particularly until 3am on weekends, making it ideal for those who thrive in a vibrant nightlife setting.

Key Duties:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Guide guests to their tables or designated areas, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Provide information regarding the menu, specials, entertainment schedule, and event details.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to enhance service efficiency.
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, floor personnel, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the setup and coordination of events and special functions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or nightlife venue.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with reservation management software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working late-night shifts, especially on weekends.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
