About the Role:
Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Repair Solutions team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, including being a focal point for team inquiries, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
