Job Title: Service Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Manager to join our team at Williams Lea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day services of our Cardiff-based office, including the management of our Print Room, Mail Room, and Front of House Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 direct reports and ensure they are meeting and exceeding filing SLAs
  • Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement and proactive skill enhancement
  • Manage customer and client relationships, including customer feedback and surveys
  • Work with the Account Manager to develop and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Ensure all processes reflect a customer service environment and all staff are appropriately trained
  • Participate in account management programme, including attending account review meetings and head of department or client team meetings
Requirements:
  • Exemplary level of customer focus, with demonstrable experience in staff management in a customer service environment
  • Flexible, computer literate, and a quick learner
  • Confident effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral, with excellent writing and numeracy skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to carry out delegated functions/tasks/projects
  • High level of confidentiality in management of staff
  • Strong administration skills and fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
