Role Overview

  • Assisting in the management of client deposits, withdrawals, invoices, and payments
  • Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business and financial analyses
  • Contributing to the preparation of monthly revenue statements
  • Extracting data from trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and AT
  • Coordinating client account setup processes, including KYC, AML, and Due Diligence requirements
  • Facilitating the creation of licenses for MAMs and QAM profiles
  • Managing commission groups, performing checks, and calculating commissions
  • Handling account closures, password requests, updates to client information, and amendments
  • Executing any additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • A motivated individual with a resilient, enthusiastic, and self-driven attitude
  • Capable of taking initiative when necessary
  • Demonstrates precision, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail
