Position: Account Manager, International

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    • Deliver exceptional and friendly service to all clients
    • Ensure smooth execution of campaign operations
    • Address client concerns promptly and effectively
    • Organize events for client entertainment
    • Facilitate meetings with clients from Germany
  • Campaign Oversight:
    • Pre-Campaign:
      • Quality assurance of pre-campaign documentation
      • Manage the creation of creative assets
      • Oversee the trafficking of creative tags
    • Campaign Launch:
      • Request and provide campaign screengrabs
      • Establish client reporting mechanisms
      • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics
      • Handle post-campaign reporting
    • Administrative Assistance:
      • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      • Gather purchase order details for client invoicing
      • Reconcile bookings
      • Resolve queries related to invoices
      • Streamline operational processes
    • Communication:
      • Engage with clients through various communication channels
      • Present campaign results effectively
      • Identify and communicate any campaign-related issues
    • Technical Assistance:
      • Implement tracking technologies
      • Possess knowledge of Tag Management Systems
      • Troubleshoot campaign-related challenges
      • Provide training to team members
    Qualifications
    • Fluency in German is essential
    • At least 2 years of experience in advertising or media agencies
    • Proven experience in client-facing roles
    • Background in account management
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Willingness to travel internationally
