Key Responsibilities
- Generate comprehensive reports and provide insightful analysis on performance, ensuring accuracy and relevance to enhance activities.
- Conduct regular client communications, demonstrating responsiveness and support for client objectives.
- Develop competitor benchmarks for key advertisers while proactively advising on industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Enhance existing publisher relationships and seek out new publisher opportunities for advertisers.
- Deliver presentations confidently to both internal and external stakeholders, effectively engaging senior-level audiences.
- Create innovative client strategies aligned with various success metrics.
- Construct detailed client roadmaps to facilitate achievement of goals.
- Stay informed on all technological advancements and tracking optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in local office meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role.
- Proven experience in presenting commercial content to diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when necessary.
- Proactive and motivated to enhance the programs you manage while developing your own skills.
- Professional demeanor with a successful track record in building client and team relationships, including strong networking abilities.
