Job Description

At Richard Fleischman & Associates, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical account management or business development capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
