About the Role

Fintellect Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our team. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while also ensuring that risk, internal monitoring, and funding of the client portfolio are maintained in line with business policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison with Business Lines and Support Functions

Establish and maintain effective relationships with business lines and support functions to ensure that client needs and requirements are met.

Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and report on exceptional events and items in the day-to-day operation of a client.

Client Relationship Management

Support the operational setup of all existing and prospective clients, including Aquarius functionality, trust account management, debtor management, and online access.

Collateral Data Management

Manage the processing of client collateral data in line with receivables and other asset financing policies and procedures.

Audit Trails and Compliance

Maintenance and verification of audit trails for day-to-day transactions as required by internal policy, including Know Your Transaction (KYT) requirements.

Documentation and Filing

Appropriate filing of all reconciliations and supporting information.

Client Issue Resolution

Follow up on any outstanding client issues in an appropriate timeframe.

Support to Client Relationship Managers

Support the Client Relationship Managers in the effective management of prospective and existing client relationships.

Occasional Activities
  • Internal Projects

Involvement in new and ongoing internal projects as required.

Client Visits

Attend client visits as may be required.

Additional Duties

Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.
