About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at Dorking Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Talking Therapies team, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies team, including managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate data.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, therapists, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Manage waiting lists, caseloads, and clinical reporting, ensuring accurate data is recorded for national target requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, therapists, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of data management and confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet/web skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development, with a desire to learn and grow with the organization.
